I'm Eliza, your guide and cheerleader on the path to self-discovery and an empowered life. During my early working life, I've always knew that I wanted to help people - but I just could not figure out how.

So I built my career into the B2B marketing within the tech space. I rose the ranks, I thrived, I loved my corporate life. Until my values no longer align with my full time career after giving birth to my second child and a setback with my breastfeeding journey.

For years, I struggled

I navigated most of my adult life feeling lost and unsure, caught between societal expectations and my own yearnings. I grappled with self-doubt and a nagging sense that there was more to life than the daily grind.

That's when I embarked on a transformative journey of self-exploration. I delved into the power of the inner compass, learned to cultivate a growth mindset, and embraced the strength of authentic living. 

I leaned into my purpose a little more and was able to finally resign from my corporate job late 2023, after the birth of my third baby. 

The 'Me', now

Currently, I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and founded my own private practice at Tender Loving Milk, my first successful business, predominantly helping breastfeeding families.

In 2023, I became a Certified Life Coach. This is where I spend my spare time coaching individuals. 

The journey from having a comfortable full-time job to starting and building my own business wasn't always easy, but it was undeniably empowering!
